*Job Summary:
Manages full life-cycle recruitment for our Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong office, including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Organize and attend campus visits with the business line, building good relationships with university career services.

*Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience identifying and hiring talent within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for experienced hiring, prior experience driving and coordinating campus recruitment activities will be highly advantageous.
Familiar with Workday & Kenexa Brassring system process will be a plus.
Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced recruitment environment and cope well with pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team as well as interface with internal clients.
Good English and Mandarin.

具有在建筑/工程/施工(A/E/C)行业内发现和雇佣人才的经验者优先。
至少5年的全面招聘经验,有丰富招聘经验和协助举办校园招聘活动的经验者优先。
熟悉Workday& Kenexa Brassring系统流程者优先。
能够在快节奏的招聘环境中工作,并能很好地应对压力。
具有较强的沟通和人际交往能力,能在团队内很好地工作,并能与内部客户沟通。
良好的英语和普通话。
