Responsibilities:
- Consults with client or supervisor
to evaluate individual project needs.
- Prepares illustrations or rough
sketches of material according to instructions of client or supervisor.
- Creates finished layout, or
prepares instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts.
- Reviews final layout and suggests
improvements as needed, and presents final layout to supervisor or client
for approval.
- Prepares final layout for printer
on paper, film, or disk. Checks proofs.
- Maintains image resource files.
- Prioritizes, tracks, handles, and
maintains records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple
projects.
- Develops negatives and prints to
produce layout photographs for client or supervisor.
- Studies illustrations,
photographs, and text to plan presentation of material, product, or
service.
- Determines size and arrangement of
illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and
creates sample layouts.
- Selectsand obtains
cost estimates from outside vendors such as photographers, illustrators,
paper suppliers, or printers.
Requirements:
- Art, Design, Drawing experience or
education. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
- Proficient in CorelDraw or Adobe
Design and Publishing Collections.
- 2 to 5 years’
related experience.
- Experience in electronic
integrated document production using PDF or HTML.
- Excellent
writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
- Portfolio
attached is a must.

- 检查布局设计最终稿，根据需要提出改进建议，面向客户展示布局设计最终稿，征求客户同意。
- 准备纸质版、胶卷版或磁盘版布局设计最终稿，检查样张。
- 维护图片资源文件。
- 根据不同项目的需求，跟进、处理、维护项目的成本和日程安排。
- 为客户或上级准备布局设计的底片或相片。
- 研究插图、照片和文字，规划材料、产品或服务的展示。
- 确定说明材料和副本的大小，安排材料的展示，选择适合的样本类型，完成样本布局设计。
- 根据外部摄影师、插图师、纸张供应商或印刷厂的报价，确定成本预估。
职位要求:
- 具备艺术、设计、绘图专业相关工作经验或文凭，平面设计专业本科优先。
- 熟练运用CorelDraw 或Adobe Design and Publishing
Collections。
- 2至5年相关工作经验。
- 会用PDF 或HTML 制作电子文档。
- 优秀的中英文表达能力。
- 需附上作品集。
