城市设计师Urban Design

职责：

• 应用标准化技术完成项目中的规划任务。

• 在资深员工的指导下，完成规划报告和政策文件。

• 协助现场调研或及可行性研究。

• 支持项目交付所需要的数据编制及研究等工作。

• 参加公司现有的项目或目标项目的内部及外部会议。

• 为保证项目顺利执行提供额外支持。

• 能够胜任各种类型项目的设计工作。

• 协助计划的制定及效果图的绘制。

• 尽职尽责，熟悉公司内部的工作流程。

• 具备扎实的专业技能，对工作积极主动。致力于追求创新、高质的设计方案。

• Independentlyevaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, andcriteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications onprojects.

• Provideproject or task management to develop urban design and planning concepts andtranslate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

• Developsolutions that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implicationsof the physical form; modify and/or review drawings, construction documentationand detailing.

• Conferwith clients regarding design schemes and implementation.

• Coordinateand consult with federal, state and local regulatory agencies on scope andimpact of project when necessary. 

• Assistclients with public hearings or meetings and manages public outreachactivities.

• Manage,prepare, correct and update documents;

• Managescopes, schedules and budgets;

• Preparefor and participate in proposal interviews in addition to agency and clientcoordination and relations.

• Developinnovative solutions to problems.

• Assistin marketing efforts to current clientele and to identify and attract newclientele.

要求：

城市规划，城市设计、建筑设计或相关专业本科或以上学位。硕士为佳。
