助理城市设计师

职责：

• 完成项目草图。

• 根据项目需要，执行调研与分析。

• 分析数据，计算设计数据，准备设计规划和透视图。

• 协助模型制作和营销材料的准备，以及公开或私下的演讲材料的准备。

• 协助项目经理或高层员工开发设计战略。

• 参与现有或潜在项目的内外部会议。

• 提供其他支持，以确保项目的顺利实施。

• 主管指派其他任务。

• Completedrafting assignments.

• Conductresearch and analysis as needed for a project.

• Compiledata, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

• Assistin the preparation of production of models, marketing material, andpresentation packages for public/private review.

• Assistproject manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

• Attendmeetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potentialprojects.

Provide additional support to ensure smooth executionof projects.

要求：

• 城市设计或相关专业本科。

• 具有优秀的成品作品集，展示优秀的技术能力。

• 优秀的设计、可视化和制图能力。

• 会操作AutoCAD 和Adobe Creative Suite软件包。

• 熟练应用MS Office Suite，电脑操作熟练。

• 具备使用Studio, Rhino, Sketch-up等3D软件经验。

• 良好的手绘能力为佳。

• 注重细节。

• 优秀的组织能力。

• 良好的中英文表达能力。

• Bachelor’s degree in UrbanDesign or closely related fields.

• Promising portfolio of builtwork which demonstrates technical capabilities.

• Excellent design,visualization, and graphic skills.

• Basic proficiency in AutoCADand, Adobe Creative Suite software packages.

• Working knowledge of MS OfficeSuite as well as overall strong computer proficiency.

• Experience working with 3Dprograms such as Studio, Rhino, Sketch-up beneficial

• Good hand drawing skills alsobeneficial.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizationalskills.

Good writing and oralcommunication skills both in English and Mandarin.
