Key duties of the position: (Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignment.) Engineering designs, analysis, calculations, and project reporting relevant to hydraulic engineering, river restoration, water environment remediation, catchment management, etc.; Project management as an project manager; Prepares design specifications and project reports; Organises project meetings and workshops; Interface with and carry out presentations to clients; Performs other duties of a similar nature or level; Travels for project needs. 负责水利工程、河道、水环境整治类设计工作，包括研究设计基础资料，领会设计意图，编制设计方案，掌握设计标准和规范，制定和控制设计进度，开展所负责的设计工作，解决相关设计技术问题，编制设计报告书和其它设计成果，与客户的沟通和项目汇报，按时高质完成所承担的各设计阶段设计任务。 Education: Bachelor and above degree in a relevant engineering discipline, including hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, environment engineering. Relevant working experience: 相关工作经验: An equivalent combination of skills and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Knowledge and Skills of: (at entry) - Water engineering theories and principles; - Over 3 years water engineering design and analysis; - Familiar with Chinese design standards and codes - Experience in hydraulics/river/lake/coastal/water infrastructural engineering; - Technical reporting. Computer and Language Skill: 电脑和语言技巧： - Good skills of Microsoft Office tools, and CAD; - A good command of written and spoken English, with a CET 6 Certificate; - Any knowledge and experience of hydraulic modelling tools, such as MIKE, HEC-RAS, INFOWORKS, EPANET and SWMM would be an advantage; Interpersonal/Management skills： 沟通与管理技巧：. - Work and communicate effectively; - A good team player Personality: 个性： - Self-motivated - Responsible - Can work independently 1) 大学本科或以上学历，包括水利工程、土木工程或环境工程等相关专业； 2) 具有正规设计院3年以上水利工程相关设计工作经验； 3) 熟悉国家设计规程、规范及相关技术规范； 4) 熟悉并掌握工程设计各阶段的程序、深度、方法及步骤； 5) 专业能力强，既能独立承担设计项目，也能够领导设计小组完成设计项目； 6) 熟练应用OFFICE、AUTOCAD等软件，并能熟练应用本行业的专业软件进行设计计算； 7) 工作责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神，协调能力强，分析问题与解决问题能力强。 |
