建筑电气工程师

岗位职责：

Help senior engineer to set up project work schedule. 协助高级工程师编写项目工作进度计划

Help senior engineer complete power related system design during SD, and DD stages，including system single line, space planning, and BOD.在方案，扩初阶段，协助高级工程师完成电气系统相关的设计，包括系统图,电气用房设置及设计说明。

Complete power related system design during CD stages，including system single line, floor plan, and coordination with related disciplines.在施工图阶段，独立完成电气系统相关的设计，包括系统图深化，电气平面图及与相关专业的协调。

Complete electrical calculations including load calculation, lighting level and so on.完成电气相关计算包括负荷计算，照度计算等等。

complete system analysis report完成系统分析研究报告。

Complete electrical design specification完成电气技术规格书的编制。

Coordinate with the client and the contractor, and deal with electrical change notice与业主及施工单位协调，处理电气变更。

Complete related reports including site report, meeting minutes, and so on.完成相关报告的编制包括现场报告，会议纪要等等。

Complete design drawing with AutoCAD or Revit使用CAD或Revit绘图软件完成绘图工作。

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格：

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines本科学历或本科以上，电气工程及相关专业

No less than 5 years related experience不少于五年的相关行业设计经验

Fluent written and oral in Chinese and English.良好的中英文写作及口语

Familiar with office software:  Word, Excel, and so on熟练的使用办公软件:Word, Excel等

Able to use AutoCAD, Revit will be asset.能使用CAD和Revit绘图软件优先

International project experience will be asset有国际项目经验优先

Experience in US projects, hospital, and data center projects is preferred 有医院、数据中心项目经验优先

Experience in CA and commonsioning is preferred 有现场施工管理、系统调试经验优先

Able to work independently without supervision能够独立工作

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines能够承受压力并按时完成工作

Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills良好的计划,组织和时间管理能力

Excellent communications and learning skills良好的沟通及学习能力

Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges工作积极主动，能够接受挑战
