Project Commissioning Manager

CTCI is seeking experienced commission/start-up operation engineers to assist with our commissioning activities for the Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) Unit located in Pengerang Johor, Malaysia.

The RFCC Unit includes 2 RFCC trains and common sections.
The common sections include the following Units:

• Fuel Gas Absorber System & Flue Gas Scrubber Purge Treatment Unit

• LPG Treating Unit (PRU)

• Propylene Recovery Unit (LTU)

The candidate will join our commissioning team when the Units are ready for start-up, and help to ensure smooth start-up of the Units.

Start-Up Activities Include:

• Line-up vents, drains and flare systems

• Pressurizing the Units to bring the UNITS to operating pressure

• Import of intermediate or final products (gasoil, naphtha etc.), in order to fill and test the Units to the maximum extent prior to introduce the feedstock

• Inventory of various columns and vessels as per requirements

• Start-up of equipment and systems

• Adjustments of process parameter to ensure product quality meet project requirement

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 – 10 years demonstrated experience in RFCC operation

• Knowledge in RFCC process

• Familiar with DCS operation

• Ability to work in a team environment with people

• High proficiency in both English &Mandarin

中鼎工程诚征具重油触媒裂解(RFCC)工厂经验的试车/操作工程师。应征者将协助中鼎工程位于马来西亚工地的重油触媒裂解工厂进行开车作业。

此工厂包含两个重油触媒裂解单元，以及共享的液化石油气处里单元(LTU)、丙烯回收单元(PRU)、及燃料气吸收系统与烟道器洗涤塔洗涤水处理系统。

应征者将会在工地开车准备工作完成后加入我们的试车团队，并协助我们的工厂顺利完成开车工作。

开车工作项目包含:

• 排气、排液、及废气燃烧系统的准备

• 加压系统至操作压力

• 进料前准备工作

• 桶槽及蒸馏塔进料

• 各设备/系统开车

• 调整各项操作条件，确保产品符合项目规范

应征者需具备以下能力:

• 最少5-10年的重油触媒裂解(RFCC)工厂操作经验

• 了解重油触媒裂解工厂之制程原理及操作

• 熟悉分布式控制系统(DCS) 操作

• 团队合作能力

• 具备英文/中文语言能力
