Summary
1.Responsible for the design management of
the assigned project, such as to assist the Project Director and Project
Manager to formulate project schedule and budget plan; as well as to ensure the
project is implemented as approved and scheduled;
2.Responsible for the resource management of the assigned projects, such as to
assist the Project Director and Project Manager in organizing design team to
promote and complete the assigned tasks;
3.Responsible for the quality management of the assigned projects, such as to
assist the Project Director and Project Manager to create and communicate clear
and attainable project objectives and project requirements, to manage the
quality of project deliverables and final results;
4.Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to
produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant
documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as
per contracts of the assigned projects;
5.Responsible for the client management to establish and maintain ongoing,
productive client relationships.
Minimum
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture
or related majors;
2.At least 5+ years’ professional experience with large scale design
consultancies and/or client side representative;
3.Licensed Architect registered by either the Chinese authority or overseas
registered is a plus;
4.Experienced in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and
construction documentation phases of at least two of the following type of
projects: mix-used planning, residential, commercial offices, retail,
hospitality and public buildings;
5.Experienced in construction administration (on-site service) is a PLUS;
Experienced in either urban planning, medical planning and/or infrastructure
type of projects is a PLUS;
6.Familiar with government approval procedures and associated submission
requirements;
7.Experienced in design competition and familiar with related bidding
procedures and requirements;
8.Proficient in design software such as, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper,
Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as
9.Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.;
10.Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to
work well with a team local and abroad ;
11.Highly organized and responsive.
