职责描述： Lead technical team to deliver project tasks. Perform team/resources planning and management. Be responsible for internal technical supervision, training and skill development. Perform business development and make business plan Promote AECOM branding and faade capability in the market place. Perform project financial management and project administration. Lead client care and liaison as well as external communication. Perform team building and development Collaborate internally with other disciplinary people on business development and project delivery.. 任职要求： Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture/Structural Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 15 years relevant working experience in the professional field, min 7 years working experience gained in China. Team leader experience is preferable. Consultancy experience as well as international company working experience is more preferable. Familiar with PRC design codes and standards. Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English A self-motivator with good management and interpersonal skills.
