Client Communication during design development & construction supervision phase: Bilingual communication in verbal & written format 设计开发及施工监理阶段的客户沟通:口头及书面的双语沟通 公司标准概念设计方案、施工图、规格书、工程量清单、设计进度表和为管理设计和(或)建设项目而编制的所有文件的管理和协调。 Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs 审查可交付的施工计划及施工成本 Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and saf ety regulations 监督所有施工现场内外，遵守大厦安全条例 Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors 协调和监督施工工人及分包商 tools, materials and equipment and track inventory 选择工具，材料，设备和跟踪库存 Meet contractual conditions of performance 执行合同签约 Review the work progress on daily basis 每天审查工作进展 Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status 准备对内外工作汇报 Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones 提前计划及预防和解决相关事项 Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences 协商合同条款，合同起稿和取得许可 Analyse, manage and mitigate risks 分析，管理和规避风险 Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques 确保施工质量标准和使用适当的施工技术 |
