中建-大成建筑有限责任公司（原名：中大实业有限公司）是由中国建筑工程总公司和日本大成建设株式会社在北京香格里拉饭店、伊拉克综合医院等国内外工程项目成功合作的基础上，于一九八六年三月五日在北京成立的中外合资企业。公司秉承母公司之所长，励精图治、诚信守约，在较高的起点上获得了长足的发展。

Ltd.(ZhongDa Enterprise Co., Lrd.) was founded in Beijing on March 5th, 1986 as a joint venture between China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Taisei Corporation (Japan), following to their successful cooperation in the construction of the Comprehensive Hospital in Iraq and the Shangrila Hotel in Beijing.
