景观设计师（上海国际创意中心）

工作职责：

Working responsibilities:

1、负责方案深化工作；

1. Develop concept design plans;

2、负责和主导方案设计制作的相关工作和管理执行，包括但不限于文本、效果图、多媒体等设计成果的制作；

2. Supervise the implementation of concept design, including text, renderings, multimedia and other results;

3、协助设计总监进行项目管理工作，负责项目有关的对内、对外沟通与协调工作；

3. Assist design director in project management, organize internal and external co-ordinations;

4、负责后期施工图制作的对接，并对施工效果进行指导与控制。

4. Demonstrated knowledge in project delivery, guide and control construction effects.

任职要求：

Requirements:

1、风景园林相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历，5年以上景观设计工作经验，有中、大型项目设计扩初经验；

1. Master degree or above in Landscape Architecture, more than 5 years of working experience in landscape design, with experience in medium to large-sized projects;

2、具备方案创作能力和施工图认知基础，参加过优秀项目的设计工作，并有落地效果良好的项目案例；

2. Detail design and documentation skills,has completed a number of successful projects with good final effects;

3、具有较强的审美能力和良好的艺术修养，手绘能力强者优先；

3. Sound aesthetics and artistic accomplishments, hand drawing ability is preferred;

4、熟练运用设计绘图软件和汇报稿制作软件，包括Photoshop、Idesign、Sketchup、Lumion、PPT等；

4. Knowledge and experience with Office,the Adobe suite, Sketchup and Lumion;

5、接受出差和短时期外地工作要求；

5. Accept business trips and short-term field working;

6、很强的沟通能力和优秀的表达能力，能够独立进行汇报工作；

6. Strong communication skills and excellent expression ability, be able to present independently;

7、高度的责任心和敬业精神；

7. Strong responsibility and professionalism;

8、性格开朗，适应能力强；

8. Cheerful personality and strong adaptability;

9、有知名外企和国内设计公司工作经验者优先，有英语交流能力者优先。

9. Working experience in well-known foreign enterprises and domestic design companies is preferred;English language skill is preferred.
