Location：Based in Shanghai, traveling/relocation to project site according project needs. 工作地点：上海，需要根据项目需要出差或驻项目现场。 Description职位描述： Responsible for the overall calculation and design of HAVC systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke systems and process exhaust systems, etc. 据项目需求、业主技术规范和国家相关规范要求负责项目各阶段的HVAC系统设计计算和图纸设计工作，包括但不限空调系统、防排烟系统和工艺排气系统等 Lead the team to complete the detailed design of HVAC systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process; 带领团队完成 HVAC 系统详细设计，审核设计图纸和技术参数，并解决设计过程中的关键技术问题； Track cutting-edge HVAC technologies in the industry, promote technology optimization and application, and reduce project energy consumption and operation costs; 跟踪行业前沿 HVAC 技术，推动技术优化与应用，降低项目能耗与运营成本； Leading and coordinating discipline interface; 主导和协调项目专业间界面提交及工作界面划分等； System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval; 项目技术图纸审核和批准、技术参数和样本审核和批准等工作； Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination; 协调项目施工、调试、进度、质量和安全工作； Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation; 参与项目招投标技术方案编制，提供专业技术支持，协助商务团队完成项目洽谈； Requirements岗位要求： Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant; 供热通风与空调工程或相关专业本科或以上学历； Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company; 在设计院或工程公司有超过10年工作经验； Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先； English working capability is preferred; 英文工作能力者优先； Familiar with CAD application; 能熟练操作运用CAD等绘图软件； Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and Carrier HAP software is preferred; 熟悉ASHRAE标注和HAP软件者优先； |
