Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the faade design, conceptualization, and creation of projects;
- Lead the team in conceptual and detailed design phases, coordinate project progress, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, has a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the job;
- Participate in customer meetings, present and explain design concepts, and provide professional opinions on the design scheme;
- Assist the design director in project and team management, act as the project leader, fulfill related responsibilities, attend project meetings, and timely report project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in architecture;
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years of experience at the same level;
- Strong ability in creative concept design and architectural ideation, excellent faade design skills, and proficient in design representation;
- Organizational and management experience in project teams, accurate understanding and grasp of project and business requirements;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of dedication, responsibility, and team spirit.
