Job Description 职位描述：: 协助处理日常物流运作，包括货物运输跟踪、单据处理和库存管理。 Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management. 与供应商、货运代理、承运人及项目团队进行协调，确保货物按时交付。 Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery. 准备并审核货运单据（如商业发票、装箱单） Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List). 监控货物运输状态，及时解决交付问题。 Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly. 在物流管理系统中维护准确的记录 Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems. 协助处理其他商务事宜（合同、付款、发票等） Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.) Requirements 岗位要求: 具备进口物流及跨境运营方面的实际经验。 Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations. 熟练掌握微软办公软件套件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 熟悉菲律宾当地项目合同及相关合规规定 Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance. 供应链、商务或相关专业大专及以上学历 College graduated or above in Supply Chain,Business or related field 必须精通中英文（书面及口语) Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential. 1-2 年物流 / 供应链相关工作经验 1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience. 具备较强的沟通能力和对细节的关注度 Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 能够同时处理多项任务，并在紧迫的截止日期前完成工作。 Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. 英语为必备条件，双语（中英）流利者优先.
