工作职责： 1. 统筹项目部管理工作，带领部门人员接受公司及甲方监督做好现场工程运维服务工作； 2. 负责部门员工的的专业培训及考核工作，协调公司、部门与甲方的沟通、配合工作； 3. 负责部门各项应急预案及各类项目文件的编制、审核工作，制定、审核本管理处每月工作计划，根据工作需要，主持召开工作例会，听取工作汇报，了解工作中的不足、疑点、难点，检查、总结和布置工作； 4.监督检查管理区域设备的运行情况，确保各类机电设备运作正常； 5. 完成与管理工作有关及公司领导交办的其它各项工作。 任职要求： 1. 3年以上写字楼物业服务工程部管理或相关工作经验，熟悉各类设备管理； 2. 具有写字楼工程部管理理论与经验，熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具； 3. 了解国家相关法律、法规，全面掌握物业服务的各种方法、技巧； 4.了解市场物业服务的新动态，掌握业主对物业服务要求的变化； 5.有良好组织、 沟通协调能力、组织建设及人员管控能力、及很强的综合事务处理能力； 工作时间：朝九晚六
